Refund Policy

We want you to love your Glowbox Beauty order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Returns
You can return unopened items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we can't accept returns.

Hygiene Exception
For hygiene reasons, opened or used makeup and skincare can't be returned unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item (see below).

How to Start a Return
1. Email support@glowboxbeauty.co within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
3. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend a trackable shipping method.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email support@glowboxbeauty.co within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you.

Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return the unopened item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need a few extra days to post it. Original shipping charges aren't refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellations
Email us as soon as possible to cancel an order. We can usually cancel before your order ships, and we'll refund you in full to your original payment method.

This policy doesn't limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
